Promote MyFittys through your unique referral link. You are an independent affiliate, not a seller of AI models or content. Your affiliate account activates automatically when you register and accept this agreement; no manual approval is required. You must be at least 18. Disclose paid affiliate promotions clearly and follow advertising rules. Do not spam, impersonate MyFittys, promise earnings, use deceptive claims or buy artificial referrals.
Commission
The default commission is 30% of qualifying subscription revenue from customers personally referred through your unique first-party referral link. The customer remains attributed to you regardless of which Fitty they use. A customer using your Fitty without your referral earns you no commission. No tip revenue share or model-usage revenue share applies. Your dashboard shows your individual commission percentage. A prospective rate change must be communicated before it takes effect; already recorded commissions keep their original rate.
Qualifying revenue means successfully paid subscription revenue after discounts, excluding taxes, refunded or reversed amounts, fraudulent payments and chargebacks. No commission is payable on self-referrals, existing customers newly clicking a link, artificial sign-ups or abusive traffic. The first valid referral cookie lasts 30 days and attribution locks at new-account signup. Existing locked attribution cannot be replaced. Cookies being blocked or deleted can prevent attribution; cross-device attribution is not promised. Recurring commission continues on that referred customer's eligible payments while the affiliate relationship remains active.
6. Accounting and manual payouts
Commissions have a 14-day cooling-off period after payment verification and remain pending while payment checks are unresolved. Balances and payouts are in GBP. Foreign-currency revenue uses the verified GBP gross settlement amount, proportionally excluding taxes and reversals. Unverified conversion remains subject to reconciliation. You may request payment once available commission reaches £50. MyFittys reviews requests and pays manually, normally within 30 days of a valid request and provision of agreed payment details. Payout details must be submitted in the partner dashboard. Authenticator verification is required for payout details and requests. New or changed bank details have a 48-hour security hold, and cannot be changed during an open payout request. Details are encrypted and accessed by authorised MyFittys staff for payment review. UK bank accounts and international IBAN accounts are supported; contact support for other destinations. MyFittys may request evidence of account ownership or referral legitimacy before payment. No Stripe Connect account is required. A request is not proof of payment. Payment is recorded with a reference. You are responsible for your own applicable taxes and accurate payment details.
Refunds, chargebacks, fraud and reversed payments reverse the corresponding commission, including after payout. Reversals may create a negative balance deducted from future earnings. Incorrect entries are corrected with an auditable adjustment, not deleted. Disputed earnings may be held during a reasonable investigation, with an explanation available on request.
Termination
Either party may end participation by contacting the other. MyFittys may suspend participation immediately for safety, rights disputes or suspected abuse. If you also have a Fitty, on termination of that separate partnership we deactivate the Fitty and stop new promotional use within a reasonable period, normally 30 days, sooner where safety or unlawful use requires it. We may retain restricted historical accounting, agreement and compliance records as required; retained records are not permission to continue publicly operating your Fitty. Removing a Fitty alone does not cancel a separately active affiliate account.
When the affiliate relationship is terminated, new commission stops from the recorded termination time. Valid commission accrued before termination remains payable after checks, subject to genuine reversals and existing negative balances. Contact MyFittys for a final balance below £50; it is not automatically forfeited. You can dispute a balance or request correction by contacting adminmyfittys@gmail.com. Ending participation does not remove customers' rights against MyFittys.
Acceptance of this version is recorded with your account and timestamp when you join. Material changes require a new version. No earnings are guaranteed.
